tips supaya perut tidak moncet or boroi..

semalam saya menonton rancangan pakar kejeliataan di astro ria..
xtau la rancangan ulangan ke hape..
pastu ada consultant london weight management tu bg tips..
supaya perot tidak moncet / boroi..
secara rambangnye dia ckp camni :
~ jgn dinner 2 jam sblm tido 
~ jgn minum byk air di waktu mlm utk elakkan gemuk air
~ kurangkan makan makanan berkolesterol 

note ummiaqeef : camane nak kempeskan perut kalau mkn malam tiap² hari kul 8pm..tido kul 10pm..patutla byk lemak di perut saya..oh no!

kira ok gak zie, ko mkn kul 8...aku nie, selagi tak tido...selagi tue la aku dok makan & minum...hehehe!!!!

tu la pasal..dia kate waktu malam sistem penghadaman xleh proses so lemak akan jadi tepu..
